Zentra is a personal health diary, and we treat what you log as private. This policy explains what we collect, how it's used, and the choices you have.

Account details — your name and email, so you can sign in and we can identify your account. Your entries — the information you choose to record, which may include your nutrition and food intake, hydration, exercise and movement, weight, sleep, mood, energy and wellbeing, digestion and bowel information, medication and treatment information (including GLP-1 medication), daily factors, notes and journal entries, and photos.

Your profile — details like your age, gender, goals and health conditions you choose to share for more relevant insights. As Zentra evolves, the types of information you can record may grow — this policy covers any information you choose to record in the app.

Your data is used to show your history, charts and daily summaries, and to generate the AI-powered insights Zentra offers. We never sell your data, and we never use it for advertising.

We use artificial intelligence to analyse relevant information you choose to record and generate personalised wellness insights. Only information relevant to generating an insight is sent to our AI provider, which processes it on our behalf to provide the service. AI-generated insights may contain errors or omissions, as described in our Terms & Conditions. For questions about how our AI provider handles information, use the contact option in the app.

Your personal information is associated with your account and is not made publicly available. Access is restricted to you and to the authorised systems and service providers that need the information to operate Zentra and provide the features you request.

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures designed to protect your information from unauthorised access, loss, misuse or disclosure. Your information may be stored using third-party infrastructure and service providers that help us operate Zentra. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

We use trusted third-party providers to help operate Zentra, including providers for hosting, database storage, authentication, artificial intelligence, analytics, email and other technical services. These providers may process information only as necessary to provide their services to us.

We retain your information for as long as your account remains active or as necessary to provide the services. You can delete individual entries at any time, and you can delete your account to remove your information from the app. Following account deletion, some copies of your information may persist for a limited period in backups or as otherwise required for security or legitimate operational purposes.

Some of our service providers may process or store information in countries outside your country of residence. Where required, we take appropriate steps to protect your information when it is transferred internationally.

You can review, edit or delete any entry at any time, and you can delete your account to remove your data. Deleting an entry removes it from the app. If you have questions or want your data removed, use the contact option in the app.

Zentra is intended for users aged 18 and over, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

If this policy changes significantly, we'll let you know within the app before the change takes effect.
